Our Lady of Fatima Villa

Our Lady of Fatima Villa is a top ranked, distinguished facility that provides both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities. Located in Saratoga, California, this premier and acclaimed facility has utilized CMI for the last 8 years. CMI provides Inspector of Record, Architect of Record, General Contracting, Consulting, and Design-Build services.

All Star Warehouse

Selected as the Project Manager, this building at the time was the largest square foot warehouse built in the Central Valley. This project included 570,000 sqft of warehouse and two 5,000 sqft tenant improvements.

Manor Care

CMI is the IOR of choice for all Northern California HCR Manor Care locations. CMI currently provides Inspector of Record, Consulting, and Design services for the following facilities:

San Francisco International Airport

The City of San Jose requested CMI to assist with the construction schedule of two large and ambitious Contractors. CMI’s experience and reputation with the County of Santa Clara as their Building Department for Medical Construction, and previous experience with FAA and Cal DOT flight regulations, made CMI the best choice to assist in this large and complicated project. CMI was proud to assist the City of San Jose during the heaviest workload period of construction.

San Diego Waterfront Park

Waterfront Park, San Diego is the most publicly recognized project in recent history for the County of San Diego. This project renovated a previously dull and unremarkable location changing it into a premier tourist destination for Downtown San Diego. The County of San Diego knew they could rely upon CMI and their staff to provide proper guidance and oversight helping to ensure the success of this project. We are proud to assist the County of San Diego

Hess Collection Winery

Selected as the Project Manager, this 350,000 sqft warehouse was built for the production and bottling of wine using all stainless steel vats and food grade conveyors. A product dump and lift station along with scales were built on the exterior of the structure. This design provided for fast unloading of product. Fully refrigerated and sparkling clean, this production warehouse was built as a shining example of the future of wine making on a large volume scale.

Mineta San Jose Airport

San Francisco State University

SFSU Creative Arts Replacement Building Phase 1 (CARB1)

The CARB1 is located at 8 Tapia Dr, San Francisco 94132, approximately 74,810 gross square feet (GSF), Type 2A fully-sprinkler building. This 4-story building has two multi-story television studios,  a TV newsroom, radio station, video post-production space, audio recording and related classroom space. CMI is both the Construction Project Manager and Building Department Inspector.

Recreation Wellness Center: CMI provides Inspector of Record services for the construction of the entire project and manages the testing lab selected by SFSU.

J. Paul Leonard Library: CMI provided Inspector of Record services of structural, electrical, mechanical, commissioning, architectural, and building controls.

Santa Clara Central Park Library

CMI provided Inspector of Record services of structural, electrical, mechanical, commissioning, architectural, and building controls.

Kaiser Permanente
